Fes una ullada a la seva recepta d’aquest hummus clàssic i cremós a continuació: 2 llaunes de cigrons ecològics (escorre una llauna i reserva aigua de la segona) 1 tassa de tahini de bona qualitat Suc d’una llimona gran Suc de cigrons de la llauna 3-4 grans d’all 1-2 culleradetes de sal 1 cullerada de pebre Barregeu-ho tot fins que quedi homogeni i cremós. Col·loqueu l’hummus en un bol poc profund, decoreu-ho amb ceba morada picada, cigrons rostits, tomàquets cherry, julivert, rodanxes de llimona i pebrot vermell triturat.
