Segueix veganrecipesvalley per a la inspiració vegana diària 🌱💚 👉veganrecipesvalley 👉veganrecipesvalley Recepta d’arròs de sushi japonès: 3 tasses d’arròs japonès cru 1/2 tassa de vinagre de vi d’arròs (aquest tipus de vinagre és essencial) 3 cullerades de sucre blanc/2 cullerades sal Preparació de l’arròs 1. Rentar l’arròs japonès 2-3 vegades amb aigua. 2. Cuinar en una arrossera. 1 tassa d’arròs = 1 tassa d’aigua 3. Mentre es cou l’arròs, aboqueu vinagre d’arròs, sucre i sal en un bol gran de fusta o ceràmica. Barrejar bé. 4. Quan l’arròs estigui cuit, afegiu-lo a la barreja de vinagre i barregeu-ho bé. L’arròs calent absorbirà fàcilment la barreja. 5. Cobriu l’arròs amb una tovallola humida. Refrigerar almenys 1 hora. Cobrir amb una tovallola o paper film i després refrigerar. Emboliqui l’arròs de sushi japonès en làmines de nori, omple amb el “Katsu”, que són filets vegans calents i picants, cintes de pastanaga i una mica d’enciam.
