Deliciosament farcit de carbassa Butternut de plantbased.traveler Recepta: 1 carbassa butternut mitjana 1 tassa de cigrons cuits 1/2 tassa de quinoa cuita 1/2 tassa de llavors de magrana 1/2 de ceba vermella 2 grans d’all 2 tasses d’espinacs frescos (o col rizada) Suc d’1 llimona 1 cullerada de condiment o pasta d’harissa Una mica de julivert fresc picat Sal _____________________________ Preescalfeu el forn a 425 F (220 C). Talleu el butternut per la meitat, traieu les llavors i poseu les dues meitats en una safata de forn folrada amb el costat tallat cap avall. Coure al forn de 45 a 60 minuts (segons la mida) fins que la forquilla estigui tendre. Talleu la ceba i l’all finament i sofregiu-los a foc mitjà amb un raig d’aigua o una mica d’oli d’alvocat fins que estiguin una mica daurats i fragants. Afegiu-hi els cigrons esbandits, els espinacs picats, la quinoa, el suc de llimona, el julivert, les llavors de magrana, l’harissa i salpebreu al gust. Quan el butternut estigui fet, traieu-lo del forn i deixeu-lo refredar fins que no estigui massa calent per manejar-lo. Traieu una mica de carn però només prou per tenir prou espai per al farcit. Farciment de butternut amb la barreja de cigrons i a gaudir! _____________________________ Consells: afegiu una mica de tahini líquid per sobre abans de servir! Utilitzeu butternut tret, en vaig prendre aproximadament 1/2 tassa, en una altra recepta com hummus, productes al forn, salsa de formatge, batut, civada, etc. .
